PEER REVIEW ACCEPTANCE LETTER
FOR YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2017

As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) we have also elected to be members of the Peer Review Division. Under this system, an independent system review of our accounting and auditing practice is performed by a third party every third year. This review is conducted in conformity with the AICPA Standards for Performing and Reporting on Peer Reviews, issued by the AICPA Peer Review Board.
